We do not offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

We want our customers to have a great shopping experience on our website and offer hassle-free returns. In the rare event that you purchase items which you are not satisfied with we will be happy to refund you.
Conditions for Returns
My Tuxedo reserves the right to refuse any return if any of the below conditions are not adhered to.
1. Please return the items within 28 days of receiving your order.
2. Please let us know why you wish to return the items on the form that came with your order so that we can improve our service.
3. Ensure that the items you are returning are in an unused condition and have all labels attached in the condition in which you received them. If this is not the case a nominal charge may be levied and we may not be able to process your return.
4. Pack securely or send back in the original packaging to ensure it reaches us in a resalable condition.
5. Send the unwanted items back to us at the address below making sure to purchase postage preferably via recorded delivery so you have proof of postage.
6. When the returned items arrive at our warehouse we will process the refund within 10 working days.
