Our Delivery Service

Standard Delivery (10-14 Working Days) - $9.99 (Free on orders over $150)

Express Delivery ( within 5 working Days) - $29.99

(Metropolitan areas only. Please allow 1-2 days longer for Regional Areas)

If you have purchased one of our Branded items please be aware that this is an order in item and can take an extra 3 working days to be disptached.

Customs information
Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.


Standard Delivery

Our Standard untracked service can take up to 10-14 working days to arrive. We despatch orders from Monday to Friday.

Express Delivery

If you order by 5pm, Monday to Friday, you should receive your goods tracked within 5 working days (Metropolitan areas only - please be advised that Regional areas may take 1-2 days longer). This does not include Saturdays.

(Please note that the Express Delivery service is not available for PO Box addresses.)

Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card should be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.

If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.

Please note we do not deliver or dispatch on Bank Holidays
